Privacy Policy

Riverbluff Advisors LLC is a business brokerage. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we keep it confidential.

Effective September 6, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Riverbluff Advisors LLC (“Riverbluff Advisors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide through our website located at riverbluffadvisors.com (the “Site”). We provide business brokerage services for owners of hospice, home health, private duty, pediatric, and group home agencies in Texas and New York.

By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through the following forms:

  • Contact form. Name, email, phone (optional), whether you are an owner, buyer, advisor, or other, and your message.
  • Valuation request. Name, email, phone, agency type, state, annual revenue range, EBITDA range, and any notes you choose to share.
  • Buyer network / buyer criteria. Name, company or entity, email, phone, buyer type, target region and focus, and any notes.
  • Listing package request (NDA). Name, email, phone, entity name, buyer type, whether proof of funds is available, the capital range you attest to, whether you hold a state license, and your agreement to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed, through our hosting provider and the advertising and analytics tools described below.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and discuss valuation, buying, or selling.
  • To evaluate buyer interest and verify buyers before releasing any confidential package.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our brokerage services and the Site.
  • To send you related communications when you request them.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is central to our practice. Information you submit as an agency owner is not shared with buyers, referral sources, or competitors, and submitting a form does not put your agency on the market. Full listing packages, including agency names, financials, and confidential teasers, are released only after a buyer requests the package and agrees to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

How information is stored and shared

Submitted form data is stored in our managed backend database and hosting environment. When you submit a form, a notification email summarizing your submission is sent to our internal staff at info@riverbluffadvisors.com so we can respond. When you provide an email address, it may be used as a reply-to address for that notification.

Listing teasers (confidential PDFs) are released only after a package and NDA request, through time-limited, signed download links.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (such as hosting, email delivery, and analytics), who are bound to handle it confidentially, and as required by law.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses Google advertising and measurement tags, including the Google Ads tag (AW-18431365113), which is present on every page. This tag may set cookies and collect usage data, and a conversion event is recorded when you reach our thank-you page after submitting a form. This data is processed under Google’s privacy practices to measure ad performance and site activity.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Site but will not prevent you from submitting forms.

Data retention

We keep submitted information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, run the brokerage relationship, and meet our recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

Your choices and rights

You may:

  • Decline to submit any form, though this limits our ability to help you.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@riverbluffadvisors.com.
  • Manage or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

Children’s privacy

The Site and our services are intended for business owners and prospective buyers and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
