How we work

Confidentiality & NDA Process

A sale becomes much harder once staff, patients, or referral sources hear about it. Every step of our process is built to keep that from happening.

Why our listings are blind

We never publish a business name, an owner name, an exact address, a license number, or anything else that would let someone identify the agency. Public listings show the provider type, the general market, the asking price, and a short description that gives a buyer enough to decide whether it is worth a closer look.

Nothing is posted without the owner’s approval, and an owner can ask us to pull or reword a listing at any time.

What a seller can expect

  • We prepare an anonymous one-page teaser and, separately, a full confidential package that is never posted publicly.
  • Every buyer inquiry comes to us first. We screen for provider experience, financial capability, and seriousness before anything is released.
  • Information is released in stages. The teaser comes first, the full package after an NDA, and detailed financial and operational records only when a buyer has shown real intent.
  • Contact with staff, patients, referral sources, and landlords happens only with your written consent, and normally only late in the process.
  • We tell you who has asked, who signed, and who received materials. You always know where your information has gone.

What a buyer has to do

  1. Submit the request form on the listing page with your name, company, phone, and email.
  2. Tell us about your background in the sector and confirm your ability to fund an acquisition at the asking price.
  3. Sign our non-disclosure agreement.
  4. Receive the teaser and, once cleared, the full confidential package. Additional diligence materials follow as the conversation progresses.

We do not release materials to unnamed parties, to buyers who will not sign, or to anyone whose interest appears to be competitive research rather than acquisition.

What the NDA requires of a buyer

The agreement is short and standard. In general terms, a buyer agrees to:

  • keep all information received strictly confidential and share it only with advisers and financing sources who accept the same obligation;
  • make no contact with the owner, staff, patients, families, referral sources, landlords, or payors except through us;
  • use the information solely to evaluate the acquisition, never to compete, solicit business, or recruit employees;
  • return or destroy all materials if the discussion ends, and confirm that in writing on request.

The signed agreement itself, not this page, sets the binding terms. Read it before you sign and have your own counsel review it.

How we store confidential materials

Teasers and confidential packages are held in private storage that is not publicly browsable. Download links are generated individually, expire after a short window, and are issued only to parties who have completed the steps above. Access to seller files inside our office is limited to the broker working the engagement.

Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect through the website and how it is handled. Our Terms of Use cover the rules for using this site.
